Roll Coating Division

Print-O-Tape has been coating adhesives since 1950. Today, Print-O-Tape's Roll Coating Division provides contract, licensed, toll and custom coating services for webs and rolls up to 60" wide. Recently, Print-O-Tape was issued a United States Patent for our unique tandem coating process, allowing simultaneous coating of UV curable silicone and adhesive. This highly innovative production capability demonstrates Print-O-Tape's commitment to efficient and cost effective manufacturing. We employ two coating lines for both hot-melt adhesive coating and emulsion coating of both silicone and emulsion adhesives. Our equipment utilizes cutting-edge technology to produce master rolls of pressure sensitive materials using both paper and synthetic substrates. Based in our Mundelein, IL facility, this operation also employs sophisticated technology and a fully equipped analytical lab to monitor the manufacturing process, ensuring product quality.

For converters, we offer a wide selection of stock label materials that will be slit on premise to your press specifications. Our highly efficient equipment coupled with low operating overhead allows us to offer these materials at very competitive price levels. Registered users of our website have on-line access to specifications pertaining to our stock material offerings.
